TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1- This PERFORMANCE GUARANTEE only applies to businesses that invest a minimum of $2,500.00 per term.
2- Only 6-month minimum agreement qualifies for the PERFORMANCE GUARANTEE.
3 4- Your account must be current in order to request execution of this PERFORMANCE GUARANTEE.
4- In order to safe-guard the integrity of ABOGADOS in USA, Inc. against fraudulent use of this offer, you understand and agree that when executing this PERFORMANCE GUARANTEE, after your second FREE (Performance Guarantee execution) Advertising Campaign term, your business will not be able to enter into any ABOGADOSinUSA.com advertising program for the following two (2) calendar years, and therefore resigning any right to preferred rates, placement and/or seniority. If you decide after the FREE term that you want to continue advertising your campaign, you will be required to pay the FREE year at a rate agreeable with ABOGADOSinUSA.com.
5- Execution of this PERFORMANCE GUARANTEE must be requested one (1) month prior to end of your campaign. The PERFORMANCE GUARANTEE is void if not enacted upon within the allocated time frame.
6- This PERFORMANCE GUARANTEE offer is valid only for the first term of your Advertising Campaign.
7- No disclaimers and/or any additional offers, promises or commitments, verbal or written, on the part of any representative of ABOGADOS in USA, Inc., will be accepted and considered as part of this PERFORMANCE GUARANTEE nor carry any contractual obligation on the part of ABOGADOS in USA, Inc., other than the one specified hereof.
